Petros Vardanian
Petros Vardanian specialises in private equity and strategic cross-border mergers, acquisitions and investments, often involving several jurisdictions and complex acquisition structures, across various sectors. He is also part of the Investment Funds group at the DLA Piper Stockholm office, where he assists private equity firms and investors in structuring, investing into, and operating Swedish funds, as well as assisting on the fund-level investments and implementing their incentive programs.
