DLA Piper advises Kustom on capital raise and strategic partnership with Resurs

DLA Piper has advised Kustom HoldCo AB in connection with a SEK 367 million capital raise through a directed share issue of C‑shares to Resurs Holding AB (publ). In parallel, Kustom AB, a subsidiary of Kustom HoldCo AB, and Resurs Bank AB (publ), a subsidiary of Resurs Holding AB (publ), have entered into a new strategic partnership aimed at strengthening the companies’ joint offering to merchants.

The proceeds from the share issue will support Kustom’s international expansion and the continued development of its product offering.
