Our Services

Advisory
Our specialists provide compliance advice across a wide range of industries. The advisory work includes assessing whether operations are subject to licensing requirements, ongoing compliance, cross-border activities, the preparation of internal guidelines, sustainability matters, market abuse, and other issues involving interactions with authorities.
For international clients, we provide guidance on establishing and ensuring compliance on the Swedish market.

Matters before authorities
We maintain close contact with authorities and advise financial institutions on matters related to licence applications, fit-and-proper assessments, and other processes such as supervisory and sanction proceedings. We also support other companies subject to supervision or in contact with authorities in their operations.
We have extensive experience handling competition notifications and foreign direct investment filings to the Inspectorate of Strategic Products (ISP). We also maintain dialogue with authorities on public procurement as well as matters concerning transparency and confidentiality.

Compliance
We assist financial institutions with ongoing compliance and act as the independent compliance function. The assignment is based on outsourcing rules, and the scope is determined by the regulations applicable to the institution. This includes drafting internal procedures and guidelines, training, monitoring and control of operations, and reporting to management and the board.

Knowledge drives success
We continuously provide training for our clients in a wide range of areas. To ensure the knowledge we share is relevant, we tailor our training to your needs and level. We offer training for individuals with SwedSec licences and contribute as subject-matter experts in the development of courses for educational providers.

Our clients
As a global law firm, we serve clients on both the Swedish and international markets, ranging from small companies to some of the world’s largest players. Regardless of industry or size, we are here to guide you through the regulatory frameworks and how they apply in Sweden.
