DLA Piper advises Storytel Group on listing transfer to Nasdaq Stockholm’s main market

DLA Piper has acted as legal adviser to Storytel AB (publ) in connection with the admission to trading of the company’s class B shares on Nasdaq Stockholm’s main market. The transfer from Nasdaq First North Growth Market to a regulated market marks an important milestone in the group's continued development and growth in streaming of audio- and e-books in combination with publishing business. The company has in recent years reinforced its position through a unique business model that brings together the entire storytelling value chain, from creative development and publishing to innovative technology and subscription-based services. The first day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm is Monday, 8 June 2026.

The mandate covered all aspects of the listing transfer process, including legal and tax due diligence, the prospectus work, corporate governance matters, and the company’s adaption to the regulatory requirements applicable to a listing on Nasdaq Stockholm’s main market.
