Jessika Roos Enkvist specialises in consumer and marketing law as well as various issues related to e-commerce. She assists clients with advice on everything from marketing initiatives, including the design and regulatory compliance of advertising and campaigns, to product compliance, influencer legislation, and drafting various types of terms and conditions between consumers and businesses.

In addition, Jessika is actively involved in the firm’s work with sustainability matters (ESG), with a particular focus on issues concerning environmental claims (green claims) and producer responsibility.

She also has extensive experience in handling different types of commercial agreements. Her work includes everything from strategic advisory and negotiation to drafting and reviewing contracts between companies.

Jessika also has previous experience in dispute resolution as well as EU and competition law.
